Strategic Sharing is your toolkit for knowing what to share, how to share it, and why your voice matters. Whether you're stepping on stage, speaking in a courtroom, or joining a community meeting, we’ll help you share your truth in a way that inspires change and protects your peace. Why take this training? Because real advocacy starts with strategy. This training is required for all EmpowerMEnt youth who want to present or facilitate in public spaces. Before you lead others, we want to make sure you’re equipped with tools to lead yourself safely and confidently. You’ll learn: Skill What You’ll Gain Graceful Excuses How to exit uncomfortable conversations like a pro Topic Twists Redirect tricky questions with confidence Humor Power Use lightness to maintain control and build connection Polite & Direct Speak your truth without burning bridges Choose-Connect-Claim The keys to sharing what you want, when you’re ready We’ll also explore what not to share, how to avoid “oversharing regret,” and what to do when someone crosses the line. (Spoiler: You shut it down with style and support.) This is more than training.
