Her work focuses on providing comprehensive services and resources to ensure the well-being and success of those in the foster care system.

From foster care alumnus to nationally recognized advocate, Anthony Reeves Stover is a powerhouse of inspiration and change. As an author of the Adulting 101 series, a trailblazer in youth advocacy, and a certified therapeutic role-play educator, Anthony’s work transforms lives and systems.

With over a decade of experience in mental health and child welfare, Deven Rudy combines her passion for systemic change with hands-on expertise. As an adoptee and trauma-informed trainer, she empowers families and adolescents to thrive through practical DBT skills and strengths-based approaches.
